    A: We have a 30-day return policy for all products, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

     

    Q3. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

    A. All orders will be processed within 48 hours upon confirmation. Shipping duration varies for different countries.

    Q6. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS?
    A. We usually process your order within 48 hours after it has been successfully placed. The carrier will come once a day to pick up the parcel to their facility. Processing time at the carrier facility can range between 1-2 days during this period due to higher volume and limited manpower.

    Once processing is done, they will begin to ship the parcel. A tracking number will now become available and will be sent to your email for your tracking.



    Q7. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBERR?

    A. It will take usually between 1-3 business days.
